Do I get a proof of my job prior to printing?

Unfortunately no. As a trade printer we only accept press-ready files, which means the artwork should already be approved by your customer for printing. At IBS we use gang printing, which means similar printing jobs are printed on the same sheet of paper. For business card runs, we may have over 120 different individual jobs on the one sheet. To provide a proof for each of these would not only be time-consuming, but it would also affect the cost-effectiveness of the gang printing process.
