How do I check the progress of my job?
You can use our online ordering system at any stage to check the exact progress of your order.
Alternatively you will receive updated progress emails as your job is processed through our system. Upon receipt of your job, we will book it into our system. At this time you will receive two emails – one confirmation email advising that your job has been booked in, and another with an invoice for your order.
Finally, you will receive an email when your job is due to be dispatched. This email also provides you with the label details for your order, meaning you can track your job on the relevant courier’s website.
