Meet the Team - Operations Manager, Alyce!

1. You've been with IBS for a long time, tell us about the roles you've had and what your role is now?

6 years this year! I'm the ultimate all-rounder. I started in accounts and customer service, and have learned all I know as time went on. From quotes, outsource and packing, production admin and now Ops Manager where my main focus is managing the production and office teams with day to day operations.

2. What was your background before coming to IBS?

My previous job was in the weighing industry for a small company in Brisbane. I was basically the Office Manager under the guise of administration.

3. What is something that people wouldn't know about IBS?

We are a family run business with a ‘one big family’ vibe in the office -  when I burn incense, everyone has something to say, good or bad.

4. What keeps you busy outside of work?

Visiting family, hiking, markets, reading just to name a few.
