Our Quick Tips For Getting A Quote Online
We know how frustrating it can be waiting for a quote when you have customers wanting prices right now. To help you receive pricing as quick as possible and save you and your client time, we've made online quoting available for the majority of our products.
Here's our top tips for quoting online:
- To start a quote click 'Quotes' in the top navigation bar, and then 'New Quote'
What if my business card is a different size to your standard sizes?
- Any business card smaller than our standard size but bigger than 55 x 55mm is considered a ‘Slimline’ card. This option is selected under ‘Product Size’ in Step 1 when placing a quote, and the specific dimensions are entered under ‘Step 2 – Options’
What if my job is smaller than 55 x 55mm?
- Any card smaller than 55 x 55mm will need to be die cut (please refer to the die cutting information further down in this post.)
What if my job is a unique size unavailable online?
- If your job is a unique size, please fill our our special request form on the third tab here.
How do I get a quote for foiling online?
- Foiling options are available under ‘Step 3 – Extras’.
- If this is the first time the job is being foiled you will need to select ‘Foiling Side 1 - New block’ – up to the size you require.
* Please note that if you require the same foil plate on the back you will need to select 'Foiling Side 2 - Existing Block'. If you require a new foil plate on the back select 'Foiling Side 2 - New Block'
- If you have previously had this job foiled through us, select ‘Foiling Side 1 - Existing block’ – up to the size you previously ordered, and if required 'Foiling Side 2 - Existing block'
Do you offer a Spot UV or Spot Varnish?
We don't offer a spot uv or spot varnish however we do offer a clear foil which creates the same effect. Follow the steps above for quoting with foil.
How do I get a quote for embossing/debossing online?
- Embossing options are available under ‘Step 3 – Extras’.
- If this is the first time the job is being embossed you will need to select ‘Embossing - New block’ – up to the size you require.
- If you have previously had this job embossed or debossed through us, select ‘Embossing - Existing block’ – up to the size you previously ordered.
How do I get a quote for die cutting online?
- Die cutting options are available under ‘Step 3 – Extras’.
- If this is the first time the job has been die cut, select ‘Custom Die – up to the size you require’
- If you have previously had this job die cut through us please select ‘Die Cut (Existing Die)’ to calculate the cost of running the existing die.
What is the maximum quantity you can print?
As a short run A3 trade printer and in order to keep the promises of our core product turn around times, we have capped our quantities at a maximum of 5,000 A3 sheets. Please refer to the breakdown below for further quantities.
- A3 - 5,000
- A4 - 10,000
- A5 - 20,000
- A6 - 40,000
- DL - 30,000
- 90 x 55mm with either a 3 or 5mm rounded corners on all 4 sides
- 88 x 53mm with 3mm rounded corners on all 4 sides
